Here’s how the business end of my services work:

• Refund policy — For private coaching, all deposits are non-refundable. If you pay in full and cancel our contract BEFORE we start our first session, you will be refunded 40% of your total payment. There are no refunds AFTER we begin unless stated otherwise in your contract. All digital and workshop sales are final.

• Delivery policy — For private coaching, services are rendered as agreed upon in your contract. Digital purchases are received immediately. Workshop/groups will take place during the date(s)/time(s) listed upon purchase; customer will be notified if there are any changes.

• Cancellation policy — For private clients only: cancellation policy is stipulated in your contract.
